Coming from the Orlando City MLS Next to training at a semi-professional club in Portugal has been a life-changing experience. The level of intensity, the daily discipline, and the European football environment pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me grow in ways I didn’t expect. Between the focused private training sessions and the evening club practices with local Portuguese players, I started seeing real improvement, not just in my technical and tactical ability, but also in how I carry myself as a player and a person. My confidence has gone to another level, and I’ve developed a deeper understanding of the game’s rhythm, decisions, and style here in Europe. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made with my parents.

Before coming to Portugal, I was playing with Orlando City MLS Next and thought I understood what high-level football meant, but this experience took everything to a whole new level. Over the past two seasons playing for a Pro-Club in Portugal, my game has grown in every area. Technically, I’ve become much sharper on the ball. Tactically, I now read the game faster and make smarter decisions under pressure. And physically, I’ve built the strength and endurance to keep up with top-level competition here. What’s been really exciting is that all this work has started to pay off. I recently received an official invitation to try out for the U17 National Team of Uzbekistan. That moment made me realize how far I’ve come, and how important this journey has been for my career and my dreams.
